Physical therapy visits are by appointment. Please allow 75 minutes for the initial evaluation and 45-60 minutes for each subsequent visit. Please be on time to maximize your time with the physical therapist.

Nelson Physical Therapy and Wellness Center is an independent and private practice owned by Agnes F. Schrider, PT. It opened in January 2002 operating in one room inside Stoney Creek Fitness Center. In 2004, the practice required more space and moved to its current location at the Rockfish Center on 1543 Beech Grove Road. The move allowed us to add fitness memberships and personal training to our services. In April 2008, we expanded again and renovated our office to include a yoga studio (the only one in Nelson County), a larger massage room and renovated the reception area. Our goal is not only to rehabilitate you and return to your previous level of function but also to keep you healthy with all of our services.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
Tuesday 7:30am- 6:00pm
Thursday 7:30am- 6:00pm
Saturdays 8:30am – 11:00am
