Saturdays: 9:30-10:30 am with Betty Kerr

Betty Kerr, NIA Instructor

Betty lives in Nelson County and is a certified wellness coach and certified Nia Blue Belt Instructor. She has a Masters degree in Expressive Arts with a focus on dance and movement. She will be offering Nia classes and individual and group coaching in Circle of Life Health and Wellness.

Yoga, NIA and Meditation classes are $15/class. A package of 6 classes is $84 and a package of 12 classes is $156. The packages can be used interchangeably between classes.
