Driving Directions:

From Charlottesville: Take 250 West, Take Rt. 151 South following the Signs to Wintergreen Resort. Turn Right onto Rt 664 ( Beech Grove Road) which is also the road that leads upto Wintergreen Mountain. Proceed 1.2 miles, passing the Exxon station and turn Left into Rockfish Center.There is white fencing at the entry way. Nelson Physical Therapy is the center suite.

From Lovingston: Take 29 north and turn left onto Route 6 East, Then turn left onto Rt 151 south. Pass through Nellysford and stay on Rt151 .
