Personal Training:

30 or 60 minutes of individual exercise training and education to meet your personal health goals. Our programs are specific for:

  • Weight loss

It is strongly recommended to undergo the Fitness Assessment so that we have baseline data about your initial fitness level.


Group Personal Training:

60 minutes of personal training for two individuals addressing their fitness needs. To ensure personal care, we do not perform personal training for more than two clients. This is a great way to exercise with a friend or family member and attain highly personalized care and safety during your training session. It also reduces the costs!


Resting Metabolic Rate:

A 30 minute session to measure your resting metabolic rate. We measure the oxygen inhaled with the oxygen exhaled to take an accurate measure of your calories burned at rest. There is a direct correlation of oxygen consumed with calories consumed. This measurement is very important for individuals interested in weight loss or sports training to know the amount of calories they should be eating.
