About Nelson Physical Therapy
The mission of Nelson Physical Therapy and Wellness Center is to improve your health and quality of life. We work with you on an individual basis. To guide you in your health journey, we offer physical therapy, fitness memberships and personal training, golf fitness, massage, yoga, NIA, meditation and wellness workshops.
Whether you are injured or wish to start an exercise program, we recognize that everyone starts at a different level and has different needs. We are able to set up a program for you in your home, office, gym or our facility. Your health is our greatest concern.
HOURS:
Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm
Tuesday 7:30am- 6:00pm
Thursday 7:30am- 6:00pm
Saturdays 7:30am – 10:30am
Physical therapy visits are by appointment. Please allow 75 minutes for the initial evaluation and 45-60 minutes for each subsequent visit. Please be on time to maximize your time with the physical therapist.
